Hi all;
I have been thinking seriously about getting a wagon and stumbled upon this one; was looking for some opinions on pricing etc. http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...dIdZ306065277# Thanks! |

I totally agree and would love to build my 455 to go in there eventually. I would be selling my '81 T/A to help fund the purchase of this thing. I love the 2nd Gen TA but have always wanted a wagon. It is only about an hour away so I may go look at this on Saturday, provided I get a response from the seller.

That's about as good as it gets if you're looking for a cool wagon. Very well equipped, and looks like a solid, original, honest car. Priced waaaay right, too. Good luck.

I hope you get it. It sounds like it is well worth it.

If you go, ask how much for the Ford!

Buy it. That is cheap as he!!, and you have all the parts on it that are hard to find. What it needs is easy to get. Plus, you don't have to pay to have it shipped. How many AZ cars are you gonna find in your neck of the woods, much less a rare beast like that!
Once you get it going you'll leave that TA in the garage and end up selling it.

If you end up being more interested in a smaller wagon I've been considering selling my '64 Tempest wagon.

Buy it! Then we can compare notes and commiserate on finding wagon parts. Oh wait, then we'll get in bidding wars on parts... OK, buy it and ship it to me. Wait, I don't have enough room as it is. Buy it and keep it for me for when I vacation in Canada.
Seriously though, for that price it's definitely worth checking out. Looks like some rust bubbles starting at the back, and don't forget to check around the fixed rear windows. KEEP US POSTED!

And one more thing I noticed in the ad.... that's his "asking price" In person with a stack of $100 bills (or whatever you crazy Canadians use...) and it will be a bargain.

Grab it before Deadhead gets it !! He knows wagons and I agree with him....grab it now !! Sounds like it wouldn;t take much to make it road worthy.
Good luck, Jim

With all that paperwork and the interior being nice. Go get it right now and dont look back. Hand him the money get the title, grab the keys and dont even make eye contact and scram out of there.

And you'll kick yourself for it later. (Or we'll do it for you..) And seriously, this would be a good deal for any of us, and we'd still be looking to add another grand on for shipping. I've NEVER found what I wanted locally.

I like that a lot. Good luck, hope it is as nice in person.
On a side note (not to jack a thread) but being we are on wagons, I thought you guys might like this one also. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/cs...524173875.html
