Default Parts Place RAIV intake.

Well I got one and had it shipped "sight unseen" to Dave at SD Performance to do the "Cliff intake Works", and remove the water crossover. Here is what he had to say-
Hi Jason

Well you have the best repop HO intake I've ever seen.

I was able to run the whole program with no welding!!!

A couple corners are a bit close but I don't see any issue with them sealing.

If I remember correctly you'll need to make sure one of the bolt bosses has a bolt in it as it blew into a runner. I was going to put a bolt in it but forgot. It's no big deal, just put a bit of thread sealant on a bolt or put a set screw in to seal the whole. We have this happen on lots of different intakes. It was a bit more hand work to get things lined up but I was pretty pleased with the end results.

The intake was shipped last Thursday so you should see it this week.

I love it!

I'd be concerned about the sealing area (or lack of) in your second pic, looks to be about 1/16"?
