Default 67-8 deluxe door panel trim ??

The trim on original doors of 67-68 the hold the top of the deluxe door panels. Are they chrome or polished stainless ?? Have three sets I need to clean up and want to make sure I don't damage them. I thought they were polished stainless.

68-9 Dlx Door Panels were the same. If so, I believe they are stainless, but not 100% sure

They are in fact stainless. And I forgot the 68 panels covered the entire door. So the 67's are a style of there own. And there is a diff between the standard and the deluxe trim. So now I can safely clean and polish these and maybe sell a couple of sets.

Wouldn't chrome be thicker and heavier than stainless in an application like this?

Ok Looks like I have a mix between deluxe and standard. Which one is deluxe and which one is standard. My guess is the top is deluxe and the bottom is standard.

My '67 deluxe interior trim looks like the top one.

Thanks. Now I know how to sort, clean, and sell my extras.
