Default 77 Sunbird Race car FOR SALE

I am getting out of index/bracket racing and will have my Sunbird for sale as a roller. It has been back halved, custom narrowed 9", 8.50 cert cage etc... The car has been 5.57 at 128mph in the 1/8th with a SBC and a 150 nitrous plate. All the glass is now lexan, replaced in 2011, the exterior was redone in Harley Davidson Brandywine in 2011 also. This car will come with all the gages, p/g shifter with rpm shiftnoid, Biondio delay box (new in 2011), weld prostars (15x14, 15x3) Mickey Thompson 29.5x13.5 slicks and the custom made front exit 2.125 primary headers. The price is $5000 firm. Some trades might be considered like 71/72 Ventura parts, specifically interior and glass. Thanks Bruce

Thumbs up Beautiful...

looks like 9 second potential with a relatively mild pump gas engine! Sweet ride...should be easy on parts as well. Good luck with the sale! . Ron

Thanks, and yes a stout small block would put it into the 9's. It went 9.44 @ 148mph at Pinks All Out in 2009 with a stock bottom end Vortec 350 with some mild porting and a decent hyd. roller and 250hp of Nitrous. Only weighs 2850lbs at race weight. I have a wheelbarrow of cash in this chassis, the body work and paint in 2011 was as much as my asking price.

How about the interior area, how tall are you, how far back is the seat, how is the cage setup ?
Us big boys like em as roomy as possible!
