Innovate customer service..
Never dealt with them before. Any Pros or Cons ??
They told me to send my LM2 in for service/checkup and sent me a RMA#. I was not functioning..would not leave intro screen. Had been on phone with Innovat CS a couple of times prior to mailing off. They recieved it on 2/17/2012..Sent a email inquiry on 3/01/2012 for status report. No reply yet... Anyone have any dealings with them.. Not complaining yet..
