Need help identifying this hose clamp
Hi,
This is a 7/8" diameter, flat metal band, spring clamp. Can someone tell me what the Pontiac application is for this, with the accompanying group and part number? Note that I assume it is a Pontiac part because they were purchased at the closure of a Pontiac dealer's parts business. Unfortunately these clamps were in a bin (with many others of the same size) and were unmarked in terms of group and part number. Thanks, --Kent |

GM and many others used those in fuel line apps.

Did fuel line applications use that big of a diameter (7/8")? That would be a surprised to me.

I think they may be for the brake booster vacuum line.
