I bought one of these shifter balls for my 72 LeMans Sport Convertible & it broke off the shifter handle - oh well, **** happens I guess. http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...d.php?t=677578 I don't bother with it, but when his new for sale add pops up I shoot him a PM. We come to an agreement on a new ball - supposed to be better - but he MUST have mine back so he can figure out what happened & I have to pay the freight each way - fine. I box it up and include a stamped return address label he can just tape to the outside of the box with the new shifter ball & drop in his mailbox - no need to go to any shipping location/fedex/UPS etc.. Simple - right? That was four weeks ago! :noidea: Gone but not forgotten.
