Default 1977 Can Am project car

Car is numbers matching with all the hard to find stuff still intact. It has the Pontiac 400, with A/C and center console.
This is a restoration project in the early stages. Car is currently a body sitting on the frame, completely stripped interior and everything from the front doors forward including the front suspension is off the car. Floor pans were completed rusted out, so new pans were sourced from Goodmark Industries and welded into place. Front windshield was broken so it was removed as well. Entire front section of frame and firewall has been cleaned and is now in red primer. Both doors have been removed and stripped of all glass and hardware. Engine has been broken down and is ready for the machine shop. Front suspension upper and lower control arms and spindles have been media blasted and painted. Front bumper has been torn apart, all internal mounting pieces have been blasted, painted and the bumper has been reassembled, it is now wrapped in plastic, ready to be put back onto the car. All parts stripped off the car have been bagged and tagged.
Overall condition: body is in good shape, have not addressed quarter panels yet, there is some bubbling in the paint, so I am anticipating some patch panels. Roof is solid as is the entire frame. Car has 5 Rally II rims, all seem in good shape. Tires are iffy, I planned on replacing them. Front fenders are solid, as is the radiator support.

I have sourced the following parts as replacements or improvements:

Three spoke Can Am steering wheel, bought used off eBay. Original has seen better days.
Grand Prix center console to replace original piece as it was in sad condition.
Dual hump cross member to upgrade the car to dual exhaust, it has been stripped and is in red primer, Still have the original single hump, both go with the car.
Full set of upper and lower door hinges, all 4 will need rebuilt. Originals were shot.
Used taillight lenses, not perfect condition, but much better than the originals.
Front bumper closeout panel, original was shot and not repairable.
New 3 piece trunk pans from Goodmark Industries, still in the box.
New Gas tank w/filler neck, still in box.
New window crank handles
Trunk weather strip
New outer door handles with escutcheons
Original set of owner’s manuals and window stickers (not from this car) bought to make a display board.
In all more than $2000 in parts.

I have a clean Texas title in hand, ready for immediate sale.

$5000 for everything.

Not intersted in parting it out.

I will post pictures later. Let me know if there are questions or specific photos wanted, I will email you direct.

Chris

For the right price I might be willing to throw in a new PPR 428 crank with Pontiac journals.
