Default decal kit not so complete

I'm not one to complain normally, but i find this a little odd, if your ordering a decal kit for a specific year and the range in there catalog is 73-78 why would they give you T/A 6.6 decals for the scoop vs engine CID for 73 to 76 T/A and then when you call back its "that will be another $$$$$ for those" ,really ? a reputable company with an excellent product in my estimation, shame on me for not reading the small print ! Good way to make more money but bad business sense JMO . has any one else here run into this ?

Don't blame PY. They must have known what was wrong with the kit from xxx and tried to accomodate by explaining what's needed. I don't think their mark up is too different from others selling the same kit. Hopefully a better kit will be available soon.

P,Y not at fault at all here, just voicing my opinion about decal company xxx, i should not have made any comment ,i was just very frustrated about how the purchase went down and wondered if anyone else had the same experience and just for the record i don't think you can get a better kit it just needs to be sold to the customer in more specific way i.e year, color, engine size and so on . maybe buying the decals from P.Y would have been the better choice on my part

Sorry, not trying to come off sounding mean. I assumed you knew this was the Performance Years satifaction/dissatifaction section. And, if one looks at their online service, it's all over there about the 6.6 decals.

You may want to check out the 70-3 Firebird tech section on the '73-5 decals.

The reason it should have been BBB forum for the heads up is most readers will assume it was PY that gave you the bad advice and/or product. They saw that first post and might never come back to see that it wasn't a PY deal. No biggie. We should have replied earlier and could have moved it right away.
