Where does this clip go
I got some new vinyl top clips from our host and inside the bag is 4 of these clips.
I haven't any on the car already, so where do they go? Can someone post a pic.

Looks like the clip that goes inside a trim molding.

since I do not recognize taking those off my car. I would guess the rear quarter extension. My car was built late July, that is why I do not have them.
I am probably wrong just guessing. patrick

believe those are for vinyl hat cars only and think 2 go forward of each trunk lid corner to hold vinyl top mldg. will see if can get a pic tomorrow.

Hope this helps. I think 68 may have used 2 per side and 69 only 1 but may be wrong. Check your mldg. some use that clip at rearmost sail panel but my 69 has stud in that location. Seen it both ways. Also check out this thread.http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...ighlight=vinyl
