I'm trying to remove the glass from the door of my 67 fb. I took the bolt out that goes through the glass, but it appears to be frozen in the channel. I'm afraid to pry on the edge. Am I missing something? Do you need to take the wing window frame out first?

Some of them can be pretty dang snug in the channel, especially if the glass has never been taken out. You should not have to remove the vent window frame. Whatever you do, do NOT pry along the edge of the channel or you will be inviting disastrous results. If you are going to try to pry it loose to keep from having to remove the whole shebang (starting with the window fuzzies), do so only from the end of the window with a narrow flat screwdriver working it along a little bit at a time. Give it a good long soak with WD-40 or P-Blaster prior to doing so.

Is there more than 1 bolt going through the glass?

No, just the one on the jamb-end of the door. The only problem is that once you get the glass out of the channel with all the window mechanicals still in the door, it can be a real pain to get it back into the channel. Like I said, it's really snug.

I wound up taking the channel out of the door to get the glass re-seated into it. Fortunately there are only two phillips-head screws holding the channel to the rest of the mechanism, so it's not as bad as it might seem at first glance.
