How did I do?
Just purchased a 68 verdero/black vinyl gto
I'm the third owner with documentation to original bill of sale VERY complete car original engine trans rear carb intake plug wires distributer ex manifolds interior his/hers air cleaner 81000 miles 1 earl schibe $99 paint job that will damn near wash off no accidents ys 400 power antena steering brakes Hide-aways needs fender bottoms 1 quarter patch all and i mean all trim is there including original spare and jack been stored since 1979 in a barn the registration supports this as well as the bias ply tires and obvious time capsule indicators. I paid $6300

Looks great. I wonder what percentage of 68s are verdoro? I'm guessing 50%.

Mike, thanks for sharing what you paid for the car. So many people never want to share that.
Looks like you did good. Does the car run and drive? Sure is fun finding a car that has been tucked away for so long!

To be honest it should not be driven. It will come strait apart after a cleaning and picture log is taken. I'll share the resto with you guys.
I'm struggling with the color. How bad would it hurt value to change the color?
