Default 62 Non A/C Pulley question

Put a 455 in my 62 Catalina. Installed a 63 4 bolt timing cover so I could run a 63 alternator mount & alternator and power steering.

I have a 63 (two groove) water pump pulley - 7 1/8" dia x 2 1/2" deep that I believe is correct.

Have a 63 (two groove) crank pulley off an air car 8 3/8" dia x 1 1/2" deep.

The H2O pulley and crank pulley hit each other in their closest point. I have a feeling the crank pulley from a non air car is smaller in diameter than 8 3/8". If so I think that is what I'm needing. Could someone out there verify the diameter of a 63, non-air, 2 groove, crank pulley. Got a feeling it's about 7 1/8" x 1 1/2 deep.

If someone has a correct one off a 63 non air car to sell, please let me know..

Thanks in advance, Jerry

Hi, Matt..........no haven't called anyone yet about this. I just found out an hour or so ago that my two pulleys want to "kiss each other"......

Not sure the 63 non-A/C crank pulley is smaller, but I think it is.

Hope you're doing well up there..........Jerry
