Does it run brother? Can't wait to see a Pontiac RULING Street Outlaws. :-) My kids senior project putting a 455 in a 72 GMC for a "Crick Truck" as he calls it.

Depends on what you call street. Kinsler, Roberts, Lil Jack, Mike Leech, Langer, Rex and others could all be in that bucket (if I left anyone off my appologies). Click off a 7.70 and I doubt anyone will argue with you on who's the quickest street car. And WGAF what anything runs in an 1/8? :-D

The dark horse in the mix is Hooter. He's putting together a strong, true pump gas NA street car. It's not a max effort machine by any stretch but has great potential. Stay tuned ....

No doubt, a turbo Pontiac will eventually be the fastest street legal Pontiac on the planet. It's gonna happen. But until then, you have this:

So wile your driving on the street are you spraying that N2O all the time?
If not, I would think its a TOTAL miss representation of being a 7.71 street car. JMO

What you're gonna find here brotha is you will never be recognized as the fastest. There will always be excuses as to why your car is faster. Too light, too many turbos, big tires , not red, (thats for you Jack lol) blah, blah, blah. Rodney and I talked about you and your ride at Norwalk. Can't wait to see what it runs!!! When does the new season of Street Outlaws start? Mike

It's heavier than any of those guys lol, has 10.5 tires on it with no wheelie bars, and paint is expensive hahaha! Season starts nov 5. We have been filming every day and night

You should make jack change his signature. I don't understand. If that was from 3 years ago, than how did jack become the first street car to the sevens this year? And run slower?

I don't think they run the quarter in OK.

I run 1/4 mile. I never wanted to in my nitrous deal, but now I can't wait!

What do you have weight to be considered a street car jack lol?

But I read in the race section the other day that all the fastest cars are on the east coast.

I personally would not be as impressed with a LiGHT car (like an Anglia) that could run 7s

http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=...ed=0CDcQ9QEwAg

vs Lil Jack's 65 GTO that can run 7s as a street car. But the Anglia does get a lot of nice scenery around it.

That being said, it is a fact that Fulton did run 7s several years before Jack. Course so did Marty and his GTO COULD BE STREET DRIVEN. He used to throw the chutes on the wing and DRIVE BACK TO THE PITS. No Tow Vehicle.

Towing around the pits equals no street car
