Is this rag joint useable?
 Steering box shipped USPS with a hole in the box as the rag joint coupler post punctured the box. Looks too bent to use. Is it safe to use if bent back? [IMG]  [/IMG]

Bend it back.
If no cracking is present it's useable. |

looks like it's been replaced once already. Those kits are not to expensive so its up to you. I would use a nylock nut along with the lock washer and sleep well.
