Default Lincon fan

Been reading some posts on the Lincoln mark 8 fan has anyone done this they talk about a controller what is it needed for ? Seems like nothing I do is working not much clearance as I have the march serp pulleys have a 16' fan off set as puller and a 10'' on the cond as a pusher he seems to run warm at idle after a few minutes like 210 I live in Fla so I'm sure it will not be enough in the summer.

Get rid of the pusher fan, it is not needed. It is blocking the air flow.
