Nice wagon, yet it resembles a few 63 Tempest wagons Pontiac built. They added some extra horsepower to those wagons, lol!

I like the white 66 and blue 65 you show Thad. Either of those with a 4 speed? Even the white woody 67 looks pretty good.

Just to clarify, he was asking for pictures. I have pictures. Only the green wagon was mine. Was. Now I've just got a 66 Bonnie and '58 chieftain.

But as a big fan of the wagons I save pictures of the ones I one across.

I save them too Thad. I'd love to find a good 66 Tempest wagon body and swap everything from my GTO to it..... just for the hell of it.

The blue 64 Tempest wagon is my car. It has been under the 11.50 index at its last few outings so some changes have been made. It now has a larger displacement SD Performance pump gas motor. Hydraulic roller cam, latest SD cnc ported Edelbrock heads. 730hp, over 600 ft lbs of torque from 4500-6500 rpm. It will run deep in the 10s' The wagon has been featured in the NHRAs' National Dragster magazine and other publications.

Man you guys are brining back memories. Years ago I used to hang around an 1/8 mile strip in Eddyville, IA where a guy used to hammer a Tempest wagon. The wheel stands on that thing were ridiculous. I was much younger then and never did talk to the guy but remember it well, wishing I could have afforded to build my 70 Tempest to run like that.
