71 G.P. 400 exhaust manifolds 96 heads
I remember back in the day thinking why didn't Pontiac put bolts and holes on the ends in the manifolds on these things. Now that I got the engine to pull good I blew the gaskets out and on the right side the bolt has broken flush at the front port where the other missing bolt is. WTF. Theres no meat on the side of the manifold to drill a hole either. Looks like I'll pull the motor and freshen her up and put H.O. manifolds on. any other ideas!
