Default Battery hold down question

I picked up this NOS battery hold down. It looks a bit different from the reproduction, and may be slightly different dimensionally. Is this a Pontiac A body hold down? The one with the open loop is NOS. thanks

The top piece looks like all the original "A" body hold downs I've seen. Bottom one ?

I've got a repro. It is "off" a little bit.
