I suggested this some time ago but it's worth bringing it back up. When using the online catalog, when you're in the table of contents, you have all the numbered and colored sections. What would be cool is if, in each colored section, there was a link that would take you directly to that section. I have to say that your chief competitor does this and it's pretty damned convenient not having to scroll and scroll to get to where you want to be.
