Default Hood pad clips

Is there an nondestructible way to remove these clips

Hi Dan. I use the tool designed for removing the inner door handle and window crank spring retainer. Slides between the keeper and the hood pad and lets you pop it right out. Auto stores would have them. If you need a pic, I will get you one. "Bill"!
