Default Oil pan bolts

Hi All, I removed the oil pan from my all original untouched 68 gto 400 when it was on the engine Stand upright. When I went to put the oil pan back on I had 18 bolts but only 17 holes, not sure where the extra one came from. If anyone has a 68 gto 400 auto with air and power steering know where this could go please let me know. Thank you Bryan

the only other place these bolts are used on a Pontiac v-8 is on the valve covers.
