Can someone explain or provide a pic of the approx. 1" diameter spring that mounts on the bottom of each bucket seat? I believe it assists with the pulling the seat forward. It is not the small spring for the knob. The wound spring portion is about 4" long and one end has a hook close to the coiled section and the other has a longer straight section with a hook on the end. On both of mine, the hook snapped off one end and I found them laying beneath the buckets. I bought replacements from Ames but cant figure out how they attach.
Also - does anyone know what type of bulb fits the courtesy lamp on the center of the dash pad? Mine is missing. Thanks! |

This is how they hook up on a 67 seat. Should be the same for 68. Disregard arrows on picture.
