I do it like this (assuming that fit is already good);
1... pull the hood - leave hinges on the fenders (mark the outline of the hinges on the hood) 2... pull the valance 3... remove the grilles from the bumper and remove the bumper from the bumper brackets (leaving the brackets on the car, much easier after) 4... pull the fenders (marking the bolt positions on the cowl and rad support and bagging the shims for each bolt), I leave the tubs attached to the fenders. to reinstall do the reverse except that I like to first align the fenders nicely to the doors leaving them loose on the rad support, then install the hood and use the closed hood to "square" the fenders. Then the bumper should be just a quick left right adjustment, finishing with a tightening of the front fender attaching bolts and valance. Don't forget all the ground wires for the frame to fender tub and the parking lamp to rad support

To directly answer your question... NO, it's not advisable to pull in one piece. The bumper and the brackets have to be off before removing the core support. The valance has to be off before removing the bumper brackets. It would be possible to pull the core support, inner fender wells and fenders together but you would gain nothing...
The above procedure from North is your best bet.
