Default 64 GTO headlight install help

I got my headlight assemblies sandblasted and painted with all new stuff on them and I'm in the process of putting the front clip back on the car. My question is how do the headlight assemblies fasten to the core support? It looks like there are 2 tiny screw holes on the core support one above the other and the headlight plate has 2 much larger holes in the same spots. Also there is a mounting tab on the inside(radiator side) none of my service manuals have an exploded view that show how they attach, Any help would be great. Thanks

Here's how mine were mounted. The screws that hold them to the core support are hex head with integral washers. Note that the holes in the center of the headlamp brackets are larger and it seems logical that screws with larger washers or separate flat washers would be better. What you see is what was holding them in place when I disassembled the car many years earlier.

Hope this helps.
