69 Original bill of sale Decode help
can anyone tell me what the dealer installed GMP group means it was 48.00 dollars and the other numbers 358 361 362 382 391 412 414 471 472 484 531 571 631 632 701 from the factory thanks

GMP means General Motors Parts, meaning they put something on the car from the parts dept. Something like floor mats or some pin strips, but it's just something they installed to get more money for the car. You know dealer add ons. The other numbers are the option codes that are in the car. This bill of sale is one they made up so they could add on extra money to the price of the car. Lots of dealers do that so they can pack on extra dollars to the price of the car. The real bill of sale would have a description for each of the codes listed.

Addtional codes are as follows:
358 = M21 4 speed, close ratio 361 = G80 Safe T track 362 = G94 axle, special order 382 = U63 Radio, push button & Manual antenna 391 = U80 rear speaker, Sepra phonic 412 = B93 guards, door edge 414 = T83 Covers, headlamp retractable 471 = UB5 tachometer, hood mounted 472 = D55 console w buckets 484 = W63 rally gauge cluster & clock 531 = A01 Glass soft ray - all windows 571 = unknown 631 = B32 floor mats - front pair 632 = B33 floor mats - rear pair 701 = V01 Radiator, HD

As for the GMP; given it already had mats and no wheel option it could be hubcaps, if I remember correctly $48 even was the dealer installed amount for custom hubcaps.
Pretty substantial discount for early in the model year, maybe they wanted to thin inventory before the holidays?

ok, NEXT QUESTION, Would a dealership add the ram air pans upper lower scoops and cables, without doing any of the motor stuff ?

NORTH, that was just the dealers bill of sale here is the PHS that shows the rally2 option so what else would cost 48.00 for a dealer option ?

The $48.00 charge for dealer installed parts could be for anything. Could be for one part, a combination of parts, or parts installed including labor. There's no way to tell unless you have some other documentation specifying what the charge was for.
You might start by looking at what's on the car now and compare it to your invoice. Granted, dozens of things could have been added or changed by previous owners over the years, but perhaps comparing your invoice to what's on the car now may give a clue. Exhaust Extensions, Luggage Lamp, Trunk Mat, Rear Defog, there are a lot of combinations. And there's no way to tell whether the dealer offered a discount on the part(s) in order to close the deal with the customer. Perhaps they offered a swap out of the AM radio to an AM/FM, who knows.... Mike
