Default Roland Racing's New "CNC'd" 2pc Single-4 manifold ...

... Roland has been hard at work finishing up the CNC program for his new "CVI-1R" 2pc manifold, and i thought you guys might like a peek ...

... this manifold will be at Norwalk for people to take a look at ...

Sure beats splitting/rewelding an intake to port it! Nice!

Are you able to order the manifold with the head port choice you want/need then order a cnc'd intake to match?

... absolutely Bruce, that was the primary goal, to be able to taylor the manifolds CNC program to the head/ports being used and to the users application ...

How long are the runners, what rpm is the target ? How long is runner in the head ?

Has this intake have any testing on it yet? Either dyno or track. If so how pulls or e.t. improvements over any other intakes that are available.

CVI-1R MAX CSA @ Plenum (5.600)

What is used to seal the two pieces together? O-ring? RTV?

... thanks Petro, we've been working hard on a lot of things lately, but it feels good to get the CVI-1R program to the testing phase, we have multiple applications that will be testing it, so we're looking forward to that ...

Why does it need to be so tall. Even the intake in Greatgtos sig is really tall.
To me it looks like you guys are look to "fix" something otherwise you would see these skyscrapers on all sorts of other heads.
