I have a GM limited slip unit I just removed from my 69 rear in favor of an Eaton unit. It had 3:55 gears...not sure if it will accept 3:23. I'm sure someone here will set us straight.

I assume you already know that Auburn makes new units, that will work with the 3.23's ?

I have one in Ocean City, Md if you are anywhere nearby. I broke my 3.23 ring & pinion, but I believe everything else(posi carrier, axles, & housing) are OK. Was the original rear from my 69 GTO, which was a one wheel peel from GM. Posi was added by a previous owner.
