This one has me stumped... EVERYTHING is new up front.
I am getting a "clunk" that is noticeable on the front driver side when turning the wheel and hitting a small bump (such as pulling into parking lot with transition from street, or going over a small dip in parking lot while turning). The noise is a sharp/solid clunk and not a clang. I will stress it only needs to be a barely noticeable bump or dip, just enough for the car to shift a small amount. Here is a little detail: --No symptoms when sitting still and turning wheel --No symptoms when driving down the road, including gradual corners at speed (assuming no bumps) --Pulled springs to cut/lower. Same symptoms before & after --Disconnected sway bar, no difference --Made sure both ball joints were tight, etc. --Symptoms seem to be getting more frequent with time --Cannot feel the clunk in steering wheel I tested the Moog ball joints by going through their full range of motion with the spindle disconnected. They seem tight. Not has tight as new in box, but still nice and firm as you would expect for a ball joint with 2K miles. Ball joints are the only thing I can think of trying. Any other thoughts before I throw $70 worth of new ball joints at the problem?

Check your control arm bushings.

Got it! Laying under the car for while, looking at any and all possibilities, I found my front body mount bolts to be a little loose. They were all new when I had the frame out, so things had settled in a bit. Clunk is gone!
