Default Pontiac Expert & Engine Builder Jim Taylor Passes

After a series of brief medical setbacks and illness over the past 2 years, legendary engine builder, Pontiac expert and magazine commentator Jim Taylor has passed away January 6, 2016. Anyone in the Pontiac community who knew or used him can attest to his awesome skills. Details concerning services/tribute will be posted once known.

Yeah and a Philly friend of mine told me the shop is closed. He had an understudy who was taking it over from him but the guy quit or closed up shop to go to North Dakota and work in the oil fields. Not the best career choice. JMHO

It has been a rough week for Pontiac fans...I spoke with him quite a bit over the summer. He was selling off a lot of his parts inventory and I wondered if he was sick or had an idea that his time was short. Rest in peace...
