Precision Oil Pumps Blueprinted Melling 10541. Fits all Pontiac 350,389,400,428,455 engines.
MELLING HIGH-VOLUME BLUEPRINTED OIL PUMP.The pump is a brand new Melling HV / 80PSI 10541 PONTIAC SUPER-DUTY Race pump. Fits all Pontiacs 350,389,400,428,455 engines. Each pump is disassembled in groups of ten, passages are radiused and blended by hand, the mounting surface is machined flat. Housings & Gears are then Deburred by a vibratory polisher then cleaned. The Gears are then sprayed with TECH-LINE moly-coating and oven cured, then reassembled to precise tolerances by using a gear set with the correct clearance, The relief check-ball valve is cleaned and is re-installed with the existing spring & new hardware, Each cover plate is fastened with safety-wired aircraft bolts. All pumps are bench tested. In addition, all pontiac race pumps come with our 1/4" HD cover plate for a better seal and added strength and also features a oiling hole in the center pilot gear which pressurizes oil to the center shaft. why just a 80psi pump?

Not sure what you're asking. Precision Oil Pumps offers them in 60psi and 80psi, race and standard config depending on the work done on them. They include a new billet drive shaft and gasket. I usually use ARP studs which I would have included but didn't have any extra.
