Default Nuetral safety switch

Can anyone put up a a pic of a 59 catalina steering column so i can see how the nuetral safety mounts, there is a long rod that runs through the centre of the column down to the switch and a hole in the rod that looks like it should have an R clip or something similar going through the rod and onto the switch, this couls also be the switch to cancel the indicators. cheers

That sounds like the directional switch. The neutral switch is also mounted on the column.
