Bought a Summit mini starter that came with regular bolts and flat washers. Will these be okay if I use threadlocker on them? Or should I use 'real' starter bolts?, my originals are too long for the mini starter.

They should work fine just confirm the the thread lenght on the bolt that goes into the blind hole is not too long as to allow the bolt to clamp the starter down.
Also the starter should not pivot around on the bolts,if so get some Aluminum or Brass shim stock and sleve each bBoat hole up.
