Default Anyone near/around/in Las Cruces NM? Thinking of relocating

Anyone in the area there?
i need to find another area to move to so my wife can breathe better
need a little more drier climate
i was at WSMR for two weeks in early 2010 and liked the area, compared to Yuma AZ (where we were living)
we are in north alabama now, while we like it here, the weather seems to have an impact on her, and she's been out of work for almost 2 years with labored breathing issues.

I would like to see if anyone has an "in" at WSMR so i can get a job out there

this is all just a thought and i trying to gather some info on various areas

how's the climate out there? dry? pollen issues?
and.... any chance of finding high octane gas at the pump? like 110, or even 100+ unleaded/leaded?

thanks

Don,

New Mexico is one of my favorite states ...

Your best bet is to take a road trip with the wife & spend a few days at various areas of New Mexico to see how she reacts to them.

Las Cruces is nice - so is Tucumcari - Santa Rosa - Gallup ....

Lordsburg is a personal favorite of mine - you can stay very reasonably for an extended
period at Rosie's little motel ...

I did an article last year @ http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages...tml?1448809270
