Default head bolt location

After being apart for months I can't remember the location of some head bolts.
I have KRE aluminum heads and ARP head bolts, don't know part#.

There are 3 lengths, it is the 2 medium length ones that I don't know where they go. Either inside the head in the corners or outside on the corners? There are 2 per head and about 1/4'' shorter than the longest bolts. They seem kind of short when I put them on the outside corners.

The main thing is that the head bolts with any washers used stick out passed the head gasket by 3/4".
I forget how deep the bolt holes are in the block , but if the bolts are not too long as to bottom out within .040" then your golden!
You bolt holes need to also be checked to allow a bolt the thread in all the way by hand easy if you want your torque readings to be right, any holes that will not allow such need to be cleaned out with a what's called a bottom tap .
The bottom tap should not remove any metal as it threads in, if it does then polish or grind it back .003 to .005".

On a stock head the medium bolts go on the outside under the valve cover. May be the same on the KRE heads.
