I'm 5 miles south of Waseca. I have been to Rapid City many times, its around 9 or 10 hour drive...its on I-90 which is a nice road, and The Black Hills are just beautiful.

I live in the country, surrounded by woods, so the air is very fresh...and water, we have the water thats for sure. Lots of wildlife in my area, coyote, deer, turkey, eagles, vultures, raccoon, possum, and so on and so on.

The price is reasonable for now ($2750) but the seller is taking some liberties with the phrases "75% original paint" and "pretty much unmolested".

I talked to the owner on the phone, he is hoping to get around $5000 for it. If the bidding does not get close to that, I betcha he will end the auction early.

Just be careful with regard to it having been in a wreck, and it has. The frame is probably way out of whack, from his description and the mishmash of front clip parts, it's been hit in the right front and probably pretty hard. When you look at the market for 68-69, it's very soft. You can probably find a running driver and spend a lot less in the end than you will on this... Just my three cents...

Just to add.... Don't you think it curious that none of the pic seem to give any clear view of the right side? There's a reason... Oh man, and I scrolled down saw this, and I did not see it before my comments on the frame!
"I would plan on replacing the frame as it is bent up front, I do have another frame to go with the car" |
