Default Correct Alternator for 1968 Auto with AC GTO

Is the correct alternator for a '68 GTO with standard engine, automatic transmission and air conditioning the 37 Amp, part #1100704?

I would say it's 1100700 if it has AC.

Just out of curiosity, I have this p/n and i'm wondering what it is from.

1100927 37amp
1C9 i think is the date code.

If the 9 indicates 1969, I don't know how I came to have it. I have a 71 LeMans and bought a 68 GTO parts car that I took the engine, trans and rear out of it.
I'm guessing it was a service replacement for the 68?
The 68 was a 400, TH400 convertible with AC
