CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW BEST EVER PASS.

I always liked DeSoto Dragway. That was/is Jimmy & Vic Keens Home Track.

If you see them sometime tell them I said "Hello" and I will be retiring from Ford at the end of the year.

Good job!

Change tires at the track or run the street tires?

I drive it on Mickey Thompson ET Street. The new SS tire. They work as good as the old ET Streets did, at least for me.

Thanks guys. Alex, I'll most likely be putting the E heads I got from you on after the beginning of the year. Gonna just tune on these and see hi ow fast I can get it before I switch. Hoping to get into the 10.40s I think I could have had it there yesterday. I had 1 run that the 60' was good enough. But on that run I had fuel delivery problem. ( ran out of gas..lol..)

If you did that with OEM iron D-ports, that's impressive.

Yes. Ported #62s. Using a victor, no port work to the runners. Actually I had to use epoxy to close up the runners. They were too tall.

Great to see you out again Scott. That Fbird looked strong all the way down the track.

Made it to the 1/8th mile track last night. Weather was good. And with a little tuning I got it to run 6.54 @ 104.26mph. Incremental were.
60'......1.47
330'....4.20
1/8.et..6.54
1/8mph..104.24

Pretty happy with the performance.
