Headlight circuit breaker
All of my headlights went out the other night. Tail lights, side lights work ok. Owners manual says there is a circuit beaker in the headlight switch (assume the pull on one). Can it be reset or do you have to get a new switch? Thanks all.

Automotive circuit breakers are self-resetting (as far as I know) and will reset once the load, or short, is removed. If your headlights still won't turn on, then there's a short in the circuit that needs to be addressed in order for the CB to reset. Generally speaking, a headlight doesn't cause a direct short to ground, although it's possible, so the problem lies somewhere in the circuit. The headlight switch would be the logical starting point for troubleshooting.

First place to look
Most of our cars have a seperate fusible-link for the headlights.
So need to check it and see if the headlight switch is getting power to it. Headlights and running lights have seperate power sources going to the headlight switch. Dimmer switch is probably the most common point for headlight failure. If not the dimmer switch itself....the plugin/connector going to it.
