Hood is shot. Parking lamp lenses are cracked, the housings are ok and the bulbs worked

It's a black wheel and is covered in wheel grip tape and that old style wrap covering.
I'll try to clean it off and see if there is a good wheel under it all.

Mr pontiac,
I got some of the black tape off and the wheel has some good size cracks in the clear, I'd say at least 4.
The lower black section has one small crack
