Default any comicbook collectors out there? interesting find here.

poking around in the basement at work and cleaning out junk,
came across 48 comic books from 1943 to 1946, they are from the Philadelphia record newspaper and called the "comic book section" and set up like comic books- covers and all, they are in pretty good shape considering how old they are. I never knew newspapers had comic book inserts.

Anyone know anything about them? are they worth anything? Worth selling or holding on to? They are pretty cool.

Thanks, Pete.

There are several on eBay with asking prices in the $10-20 range each but they don't seem to be selling.
