Default Solid roller Turbo cam blank

Anybody know where to get a solid roller cam blank that a person could grind a 116 c/L 235/240 duration at 0.050" and around 0.600" lift with a 1.52 rocker?

For a while BOP Engineering had access to round blank Pontiac Camshafts designed for rollers. I have had a few made by Harold B and Don Hubbard when they were alive for Jimmy Keen and others. Mr Bruce Crower is retires but his brother who runs Crower Camshafts could have it done but probably $$$$.

First call would be to Wade at BOP and see if Wade hid away a round stick cam for his own use that you could talk him out of.

Wade and Mark at BOP were one of the very few sources for the round sticks years ago for a Pontiac.

http://www.callies.com/components/camshafts/

Did not know Callies made cam blanks. Their top drawer connecting rods are all Timken sourced steel (just like Bryant cranks). Looks like their cam blanks are also tool steel.
Do not know if Pontiac is offered and might be somewhat overkill.

I have had a round billet Ultradyne cam in the classified for months for a couple hundred bucks. It needed some repair and re-grind, but was not terminal by any means. PM me if you are still looking and want more details. Would like it out of here. It was cut on a BOP blank.

The cam I found is a Bullet brand, solid roller with a 4-7 swap, about 600 lift with a 1.52 rocker and a 115 C/L and 250 duration @ 0.050"

115 or 116 should be fine. Like that 250 duration.

LSM also had a standard pattern cam that would have mid 240 duration at 0.050" and around 0.680 lift. With all the street miles I went with the smaller lift.
With 10 weeks lead time Bullet will make almost any grind.
They do a rough grind and then send it out for heat treating and then do the final grind.

Sounds like a little too much lift for a street turbo set up. Duration sounds a little conservative as well . What's it ground on?

Who's helping you at bullet? Tim is really good to deal with.
