Default In Case You Didn't See it in the 67-79 Big Pontiac Forum...

My new-to-me '67 GP on the way home to Arizona after our purchase mid-May in Ft. Worth TX. Just under 1000 mile road trip and we stand off the interstate whenever possible. This car (and I) LOVE nearly deserted secondary roads. Here it is at the Very Large Array (VLA) radio telescope west of Socorro, NM. Those dishes are over 90' tall! Very interesting stop. The car had an intake manifold exhaust crossover leak, so I've got it torn down for new timing chain, water pump, radiator, fan clutch, cam and lifters, intake manifold and carb. Of course!

Hello Hunter,

I did not realize you were a member here! Very glad you made it home safe & enjoyed your road trip. I guess it was a good thing I was booked so far in advance, so you could drive it home & enjoy the trip!

Absolutely love your new ride.

God Bless
Bill

Bill! We had a great trip. My wife was a bit upset about this replacement for our '63 Buick two door hardtop but after she drove it a couple hundred miles she said, OK you can sell the Buick.
In case ANY members here ever wonder about auto transport... GIVE THE JOB TO BILL!! Not kidding. He's the best in the business and gave me over the top service in the past. Can't recommend him enough. He was going to move this GP for me but he's pretty busy and, like a kid at Christmas, couldn't wait!
Thanks for the kind words Bill. Looking forward to the new-running GP! Hunter

That is one beautiful GP. Nice find and purchase. Screams class, unlike cars now.
