Default 1967 steering arms.

Are manual steering arms and power steering arms different on a 67.

Yes, A PS arm will have a slight curvature compared to the manual arm.
Both are avail;

If you are referring to the Pitman arm they are different it is in the hole diameter the manual hole id is smaller then a power steering one & there is no curvature as stated above they both have the same shape .

Sorry not the pitman arm but the arms off of the spindle that the tie rods connect to.
