With all the upgrades it is strange that the interior is a standard one?
And with the rear console?

Is the dealer where it was bought South Park Motors Edmonton?

Sounds like a very nice car.

have owned two '77 Y81 & one '77 Y82, all 4speed AC project cars, the last Y81 was std interior, PW, PDL car. have no idea if it had factory stereo radio or not (dash was cut). If either Y81 been a factory no AC 19L (blk lombardy cloth) interior car, would have kept one, sold em both as projects before the market went crazy. am not a fan of the Hurst tops cars esp with all vinyl interiors, they will roast you in the summer. kept the Y82 4sod project, as it has 19L interior, similarly optioned to yoy Y82, bought it right... need to get back on it. your '77 being Canadian ordered car, like many other northern cars, not surprising to see the block heater option.

At the top left of the paper work there is a 'Shipped' to dealer - 82 109.
(82 is zone, dealer # is 109)

Search Dealer Codes

I have a dealer web page that showed that dealer as Southpark Motors.
The car that info came from was a 1964 car (I think).
I was wondering if it was still in business in 1977.

I'm sure I have a build sheet copy here in my stash......for a Y88 (78) delivered to Southpark...in Edmonton...

What's with the "charge to" dealer..38-001?

Could that be for the Hurst roof conversion?

I’ve seen standard interior before in a y82, but it is pretty rare. Actually I’ve seen the the block heater even more frequently. Friend of mine recently sold one with it. Just picked up a y82 originally sold in Alaska, of course that had the block heater and no AC.

weirdest ones I've seen were a 77 Y81 with Tuxedo....and Y82 with light blue......I had a hard time with that one.......Both must have been customer order cars...

It was a Canadian export office.
(like zone office?)

I think it had to go to a port/border crossing, then on to the selling dealer.

35 894 (to 896?) were the dealer codes for Hurst?

Possibly if you had the build sheet from the car, it may show that Hurst dealer.
Possibly went to Hurst, then export office, then selling dealer?

The standard interior was bad. I couldn't stand it, and swapped everything over to the Deluxe interior.
