I've only checked the score twice.... once in each half. Other than that I'm not watching it at all.

I know one thing. No matter who wins I do not want to be anywhere near Philly tomorrow. And I pity anyone that lives there or has to go up there.

What's a super bowl?
Is it a really large piece of dishware?

Daytona 500 is in a couple weeks, I'll be watching that. NASCAR has already made it abundantly clear, anyone kneeling during the National Anthem earns themselves a one way ticket home, never to return. IMO, NFL should take a page from their playbook.

Maybe Im just contrarian by nature, but I honestly think Im mostly watching this game just to spite the channel changers lol.

Other than a $50 bet on the over, which I already won I have no interest in the game. Well rooting against all Boston sports franchises but thats another story.

I boycotted the regular season and only saw the last half of one divisional playoff (Vikings/Saints), but I'm not missing the conference championships or the Super Bowl.
I had the channel checker ready to punch out if they showed any Anthem dissing chumps but all was well. They even had an Iwo Jima vet do the coin toss, so that's a step in the right direction for the NFL if they want to break away from the politically correct gutter.
Here's a video:

They should have given Woody a bigger ovation though.

I promptly turned it to the weather channel for some Highway Through Hell during halftime. (one of the few things I watch on TWC. It's a great series)

I enjoyed that one. Thrilling, although I wish some defense would've showed up to play a little bit. The former head coach of my Detroit Lions was the DC on the winning sideline, squared off with the DC of the losing team, who will now become the head coach of said Lions.

I have no need to punish the NFL. I like Brady, Gronk, and Edelman, but I am not a fan of "more Pats, lather/rinse/repeat".

Philly put together an outstanding team performance. I had a tough time figuring out who would get the MVP award, but figured it would most likely be a QB if there was no overwhelming standout.
