Default help with website database!?

Can someone please help, or send me in the direction of where i might get help for a website I am responsible for?

Our prior IT guy first signed on board at no charge before he was in the field, and as far as I know, he used his work on the forum to essentially get him into the field...
He no longer has time for us.
It probably doesn't help that we were hacked a couple times...

For the better part of a year Google has placed a block on our url;
If you hit the "details" it gives you the option to go to the site;
I personally find that on chrome, sometimes the first visit will cause a redirect to a 'fiero.nl' website (it seems harmless, it just brings you there);
If you do get redirected, and go through the steps again, you get to our site.

I can be private messaged, or directly emailed through links here.

The first attached image is a screen capture of the google block;
The second image is what I see when I get past the google block (I am admin, so it does appear a little different for me)

You need to take a look at the Google Analytics for that site. That will show you what Google's web crawlers found, and how to correct the problem (if it hasn't been corrected already). I believe that even if you remove the phishing and/or malware that flagged the site initially, you may need to specifically request a review from Google to get a clean bill of health.
