Has anyone here installed a 225/75/15 stock wheel, factory ride height with no fender lip modification on a 63?

I've had 205-65-15 on my 61, the 2 rears rubbed on fender lip and the 2 fronts hit the upper fender brace when going over a speed bump or driveway

Probably not. The largest I have fit into a stock 62 was a 215/70R15. They would touch the fender brace while turning into a driveway and hitting the small curb bump there.
If you have done the disk brake conversion to the front, the largest I have found to fit was a 195/70R15. The disk brake moves the tire/rim outboard slightly, that mandates the smaller size.
