Default Overflow tank

The nipple on the head of my radiator faces the drivers side where the battery is. I have no where to mount a catch can because the battery is in the way. It’s a cold case radiator and they all come this way for some reason. Anybody else have this problem?

That's the same way the original radiators were made so that the hose ran down the side of the radiator support. I just ran the hose over to the original windshield washer jug and used it for a catch can.

Very easy to plumb the hose as Ducks Goat mentions.

Picture shows radiator nipple facing battery.

Loop the hose about 4 inches from the nipple UNDER the upper radiator support (in front of the radiator) and hook it to the overflow can you want to use on the passenger side of the vehicle. Lots of room to do this. Just make a loop in the hose.

Default i got a better way...

...just mount a small plastic or clear glass bottle..plastic easier, painted black..on the rad support in front of and hidden by the battery...make sure the hose goes to the bottom of this bottle..therefore, the suction will will suck up my overflow juice when it cools and push it out when motor is first shut off...i cam dangerously low on fluid last summer with my system puking small amounts of fluid all summer...so decided to do this and works like a charm..not worries now!!
