Default 68 GTO 400 HO carburetor 4 speed

I have a 68 GTO 400 HO carb on eBay for $250 NR. It's also correct for a 428 HO 4-speed GP. Not sure if that car even exists. It's a nice carb that was rebuilt in the 80's. Got this with some other really rare parts. Super hard to find 7028267.

The carbs for automatic and manual have different numbers, but I'm fairly sure will bolt on either engine. Maybe a vacuum line mod... not sure. Anyone know?
